Constitution class
1. The classes are set up in accordance with the reorganization of the school network and the overall availability of staff (MD July 24, 1998, n. 331).
2. The sections of kindergarten classes and the beginning of the cycle are formed only with respect to the number of pupils and therefore it is possible that there may be in the same class, for example, students who do the normal time and students who do full time, what also occurred in schools that already have been cut headcount.
3. To ensure that there is too much difference between the organic law and the fact that the maximum number of pupils set for the formation of a class can be increased by 10%, while the minimum number of pupils set for the formation of a class can be reduced by 10%. In other words, if the maximum is 30, then you can increase to 33, but if you can drop down and 20 to 18. (DM 24 July 1998, n. 331).
