General
Article 1 (the Constitution)
The Committee is impartial and apolitical, non-profit at the same adherence is voluntary.
Article 2 (Headquarters)
According to the Headmaster, the seat was established at the school
"Dante Alighieri" square Rissotto No. 2 Genoa
Article 3 (lasting)
The Committee for a period of one year from the approval of the statute.
Article 4 (Goal)
The purpose of the Committee is to:
1) To promote and enhance the right to education of girls and of children, adolescents and young people, was intended as promotion cultural growth and development of social skills.
2) To support the higher awareness on all aspects related to the defense of the right to education.
Article 5 (Activities)
The Committee will pursue its goals through the following activities:
1 The performance of the tasks of coordination and exchange of information between all the schools participating Valpolcevera;
2 research and maintaining relationships with other committees on Genoa (sosscuolege) and Liguria;
3 Any other activities instrumental to the achievement of the objectives of Art. 4;
4 promote the development and the activities of other committees or other natural and legal persons in respect of these common ends;
5 join with other organizations that pursue objectives similar to those identified in the present Charter.
Article 5 bis (petitions)
Requests for discussion of any issues, be submitted to, must be made writing (and signed by one or more parents) and addressed to our Board.
Article 6 (Organ, Composition)
bodies of the Committee are:
1 The House
2 The President and the Vice President
3 The Secretaries (one for each school)
4 The Treasurer
Article 7 ( Bodies, times and ways)
1 All positions in the Committee shall be held on a voluntary and free;
2 The mandate has a duration of one year;
3 The bodies of the Committee shall hold office until the expiry of the mandate;
4 are elected and can be chosen only from among the members of the Committee.
5 They are also allowed to resign before the expiry of the mandate through a written communication to the President.
Components
Article 8 (Components)
the number of members is unlimited.
They will join the staff of the Committee, the ATA staff and parents of pupils enrolled in schools belonging to Valpolcevera. who share the objectives of the Committee and undertake to observe the rules of this constitution.
Article 9 (of Admission)
Member of the Committee on Admission is free after registration.
Assembly
Article 10 (Assembly, Call)
The Committee shall meet at least twice a year and whenever the President deems should convene a general meeting, or written request at least half of the components.
The Assembly shall be convened by notice stating the date, time, place and agenda in a statement.
Such notice shall be delivered at least five days before the date fixed for the meeting.
The Assembly is valid regardless of the number of members involved and acting by a majority of 50% +1 of those present.
In case of amendment of the Statute, the Assembly decides with a majority of 75% of those present.
Assemblies are open:
1 A whole and ATA staff and parents (whose children attend a school Valpolcevera)
2 All persons are invited to attend the Committee itself.
Participants in such securities (paragraph 2), have the right to speak but not vote. Participants
Assembly, which are not members of the Committee shall report and qualify the opening of the meeting.
Article 10 bis (the minutes)
The Minutes of the conservatives is chairman of the committee and posted on the blog SOSSCUOLE VALPOLCEVERA.e possibly exposed to the public in the various school buildings. Thirty days from the date of registration, tacitly approved.
Article 11 (Assembly Powers)
The Assembly
1 appoints the President, the Vice President and Treasurer;
2 rule on the question submitted to it;
3 Changing the rules of this Statute;
4 resolution on the dissolution of the Committee.
The President, the Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer
Article 12 (President, Powers)
1 The Chairman of the Committee is also President of the Assembly.
2 convenes and presides over meetings of the Assembly and ensure the smooth operation.
3 The Chairman is the implementation of the resolutions of and supervises their implementation.
Article 13 (Deputy President, Powers)
In case of absence or incapacity of the President, the functions referred to in the preceding Article shall be exercised by the Vice President.
Article 14 (Secretary, Powers)
In collaboration with the President, the Secretaries are responsible for:
1 promote and coordinate the activities of the Committee;
2 Fix the Order of the Day;
3 Ensure the preparation of the Minutes of
Article 15 (Treasurer, Powers)
1 manages the fund, made possible by funds raised, complying with the demands evaluated by the Committee.
2 He accountability costs to the Committee, at the end of each year by the constitution.
The dissolution
Article 16 (of Dissolution and Termination of the Committee)
Assembly has the power to dissolve the Committee.
The Committee will die if the members will be reduced to less than five.
